JAN KUMIN who is licensed as an agent in her own right, is our team's design and decorating consultant, as well as being responsible for all details of contract to closing. She has extensive experience in the design, development, and decoration of single family homes, executive office facilities, restaurants, and private schools. She uses her former career as a professional ballet dancer and choreographer to create harmony with form, function, color, and space. Jan provides years of experience and insight as to how you can help your home look its best. She will work with you to get your home ready to be shown and sold!

MARCI ALLEN know first hand the stress of selling a home out of state and relocating to North Carolina. They love living here and are happy to help others with this adjustment. Prior to becoming Realtors, Marci has over 20 years of experience in event planning and

marketing in the non profit sector. She has worked for the American Red Cross, The Boy Scouts of America and Public television. Pat was a graphic artist in the auto industry. He is also a veteran and enjoys helping other veterans in their home search.

They have been in the business together for years and have helped hundreds of customers buy and sell homes. Pat is a certified home inspector as well and his customers really benefit from his experience. He likes to walk thru the house with sellers and point out areas to be repaired prior to getting an offer on the house. On the buying end, Pat likes to help by pointing out serious home issues and letting buyers know what to watch out for. His knowledge has helped many people avoid making a mistake in their home purchase. Marci loves the researching end and helping buyers find the perfect home to fit their needs. She is a tough negotiator and works hard to save her customers money whenever possible. She also is meticulous and prides herself on returning calls and questions from customers as soon as she receives them. Together they make a great team and we are happy to have them on board.
